My art and photography usually feature scenes and people from my travels around the world as well as in my neighborhood.  I love focusing on vibrant colors and unique viewpoints... and trying to capture fleeting moments, whether frenetic or serene.  With my photo-based artwork, I am constantly trying to bridge photography and art to make scenes come to life in a fun, whimsical way.  Also a lawyer in NYC, I tend to notice little details and patterns that make the places and people around me unique.

  Join ART(that matters) on the first Thursday of Every Month for new art, light fare and great conversation.  Oyster Bay galleries and restaurants are open late on the first Thursday of each month to host the Oyster Bay Art Walk.  Visit ART(that matters), Chase Edwards, Atellier and The Teaching Studios of Art along with Oyster Bay restaurants from 7-9 PM. The Augst Artwalk features Kara Raphael making 24 pieces in 24 hours.

  Another year, another celebration of art and life at ATM. We're planning a curated group show and a party! The show opens on the July 1st Artwalk, artists' reception on Friday, July 9th. The exhibition is curated by Nada Marjanovich, the Editor and Publisher of Long Island Pulse Magazine. The the theme of this year's Anniversary Show is 'Time' - how appropriate. Join us to party endlessly.
